The National book critics circle (NBCC) announced its awards longlists for 2025. This year, the poetry category includes the work of two WashU English alumni: Rickey Laurentiis (MFA), who was recognized for Death of the First Idea and Yuki Tanaka (PhD) for Chronicle of Drifting. Congratulations to Rickey and Yuki!
