Noah Bogdonoff, an MFA student in fiction writing at Washington University, has published a new short story in Strange Horizons. The story, “Ask Not What the Penguin Horde Can Do For You,” explores questions of queer sexuality and despair in the face of climate change. Strange Horizons publishes new speculative fiction from across many genres, including science fiction and slipstream.
