Max Carol

Max Carol is a first-year PhD student primarily interested in British and Irish modernism and postcolonial studies. He received his BA in English from Cornell in 2019. Much of his research involves the works of James Joyce, and he is a frequent contributor to the Finnegans Wake Extensible Elucidation Treasury (fweet.org), for which he has written over 1,000 annotations to Joyce's final novel.
